After our September story about a new classroom option for 3000 training at Tech Group University, the venture wholly owned and operated by Jon Backus has started to stock the calendar with courses. (Backus called to clarify that TechGroup isn’t a spinoff of any other company.) Oct. 26-27 has an MPE Performance class, Nov. 6-7 has Intermediate HP COBOL Programming taught by SIGCOBOL co-chair Jeanette Nutsford, and Jeff Kubler teaches Suprtool for MPE on Nov. 9-10 at the Hagerstown, Md. community college classrooms where TechGroup University courses convene.
