VEsoft, GUI Innovations ended relations with OmniSolutions

Two suppliers of HP 3000 software have terminated their distribution contracts with HP 3000 software reseller OmniSolutions, and the companies are asking prospects and customers to send payments and contact them directly. Vesoft has removed OmniSolutions from its distributor network, and requests that all Vesoft customers who have been sending payments to OmniSolutions for Vesoft’s products contact Vesoft directly at 310.282.0420, and mail payments to 1135 S. Beverly Dr. Los Angeles, CA 90035.
GUI Innovations Ltd., creators of the GUI3000 user interface utility and SqlLink3000, have also ended their relationship with OmniSolutions. The company would like to inform all present and future users that Gainsborough Software are now the sole distributors of their software.

According to a company press release issued last month, “As from 1st January 2004, OmniSolutions Inc., of Studio City, Calif. no longer have the authority to represent GUI3000, SqlLink3000 or any software from GUI Innovations Ltd. All current users should already have been informed of this fact by Pete Vickers, Managing Director of GUI Innovations Limited. All support, maintenance and sales will be handled by Gainsborough Software (www.gainsborough.com).
